Information on CrowdStrike Software Update

Overnight, some global businesses were affected by a software update by the security firm CrowdStrike. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico does not use this software internally. Our phone lines are unaffected at this time, and members and providers can reach us via phone and chat or via our mobile app.
