Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) has a long tradition of commitment to the well being of the communities we serve. We provide this through corporate contributions, community outreach, and employee volunteer programs. Promoting health and wellness is one of our core business goals, and it drives our community involvement. We're dedicated to helping New Mexico be a healthier place to live, work, and play.
Community support occurs at many levels. From sponsoring projects related to BCBSNM health initiatives to taking part in food drives and fundraisers, we strive to be active participants in our community. Our Care Van provides health education and outreach services to communities throughout the state. Blue Bear, our health and wellness mascot, takes part in community outreach and is a favorite with kids. BCBSNM also promotes employee volunteerism through the Blue Corps team.
Please take a few minutes to review our Social Responsibility Report to see why we continue to be called a "company that cares."
