Jeff Newland promoted to Vice President of Sales
Albuquerque, NM — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) has promoted Jeff Newland to the position of Vice President of Sales. Mr. Newland is responsible for the overall strategic direction of sales, retention and membership growth, and performance for BCBSNM's Sales Division. He will be responsible for all commercial lines of business. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Newland served as Director of Major Accounts for 18 years with BCBSNM.
Mr. Newland holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He is a three-time recipient of the National Sales Achievement Award and the National Quality Award presented by the National Life Underwriters Association. He joined BCBSNM in 1992 and has a wealth of professional experience in the insurance industry.
