Premium Assistance for Kids (PAK)
Does your child need health insurance? Uninsured children may qualify for Premium Assistance for Kids (PAK). *Note: Due to the state's budgetary constraints, the below changes will take place for the PAK program:
- Effective 09/01/2010, the state will no longer accept new PAK applications
