The 24/7 Nurseline can help when BCBSNM members have a health problem or concern.
The 24/7 Nurseline is staffed by registered nurses who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In a matter of minutes, nurses can help members identify some options.
Members can also use the telephone to access an audio library system that features health topics ranging from allergies to women's health.
If you're a BCBSNM member, access the 24/7 Nurseline toll-free number and AudioHealth Library® directory of topics by logging in to our secure member portal, Blue Access® for Members. Go to My Health – Tools and select Nurseline.
Note: The 24/7 Nurseline is available to all BCBSNM members except for a few groups who selected another nurseline vendor. Members can check with their employer group benefits administrator for additional information.
