HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (NoPP) and Privacy Forms
The NoPP is a notice that BCBSNM is required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to provide to members covered under a BCBSNM insurance policy. Under HIPAA, BCBSNM is also required to offer you certain rights related to your privacy. Use the appropriate Privacy Form in order to exercise one of these rights.
