If you live in New Mexico:
To locate providers in New Mexico, search the BCBSNM online Provider Finder® (select Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) from the Network Type drop-down menu).
If you live in Texas:
To locate providers in Texas, search the BCBSTX online Provider Finder® (select BlueChoice® PPO Plan from the Select a Health Plan/Network drop-down menu).
Search for providers nationwide:
To locate U.S. providers outside of New Mexico and Texas, please check the BlueCard® Doctor and Hospital Finder on the BCBS Association Web site.
Search for pharmacies:
To locate a contracted pharmacy in New Mexico, go to our Provider Finder® and:
1. Under More Searches, select Find a Pharmacy.
2. Choose Other BCBSNM Prescription Drug Plans - Prime Therapeutics Network (Prime Therapeutics is our pharmacy benefits manager whose Web site provides a convenient search function).
Search for behavioral health providers:
To locate contracted behavioral health providers in New Mexico, please search the Mesa Mental Health Web site.*
