Provider satisfaction surveys from The Myers Group will begin mailing in August. The annual survey allows us to gauge our performance based on your input and allows us to understand how BCBSNM impacts your office and practice on a daily basis. Results from the survey will be used by BCBSNM to help direct administrative and operational changes to our health plan and to point out areas that might need improvement.
We encourage your participation by completing the survey and returning it to The Myers Group in the enclosed postage-paid envelope.
