We’re working to address an issue in Availity® Essentials impacting attachments of clinical information for some Medicaid members. We expect to correct the issue by July 11.
More about the issue: Providers are receiving an error message when attempting to attach clinical documents for Medicaid members within Availity. The attachments are for authorizations that were successfully submitted.
Steps you can take: If you need to provide clinical information before the issue is resolved, call the customer service number on members’ ID cards or fax the clinical documents to (505) 816-3854.
