We announced a new mailing address in September 2023 for faster claims processing and responses. Starting Oct. 1, 2024, the U.S. Postal Service will forward mail sent to our previous address to the new address. We expect this to cause delays.
To avoid mail processing delays, update your contact information for us if you haven’t done so and submit paper claims to the correct addresses.
Please only submit paper claims if necessary. Electronic claim submission is preferred and is your fastest path to payment. See our Submitting Claims page for more information.
