Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) has postponed the May 1, 2022 launch of its new lab policies and laboratory management program associated with Avalon Healthcare Solutions, as previously announced.

The new go live date will be announced on the BCBSNM provider News and Updates web site.

In the meantime, we will continue to offer the same high level of service to our members and you, as a provider, for lab claim processing. Please continue to follow the normal claim submission process.

We will continue to update you through our normal provider communications channels.
