Hinge Health is a coach-led digital program for those suffering with chronic back, knee, or hip pain. The program is covered as part of your benefits.

As part of the program, you get:

  • A free tablet computer and wearable sensors for guided exercise therapy, anytime and anywhere.
  • Unlimited 1-on-1 access to a health coach to motivate and help them meet their goals.
  • Personalized educational materials that help them understand their treatment options and how to manage their pain.

There is no out-of-pocket cost. You will go through a clinical screening to determine eligibility for the program.
