Starting this month, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) Individual MAPD members who opted in and provided their mobile number will receive a series of SMS text messages from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM). These educational messages will help members understand and take advantages of their plan benefits. The campaign will run for several weeks and direct members to helpful tools and resources.
