If your company has 151+ employees, you can create a custom dental plan. The plan includes all of the features that are part of the standard BCBSNM dental plans, plus:- Customize your coinsurance options, deductibles and annual maximums
- Choose the services included in the basic or major category
- Choose out-of-network reimbursement levels
BlueCare Dental BlueMax Advantage
This buy-up optional dental benefit allows large groups to increase employee benefit maximums based on the length of time they are a member of the group’s dental plan, helping groups manage cost of current and future dental benefit expenses.
BlueCare Dental Enhanced Benefit
If your client's employees have heart disease, diabetes or are pregnant, the Enhanced Benefit program offers an additional service after regular benefits have been used. These additional dental benefits for eligible members reduce overall health care costs by lowering the chance of more serious complications.
BlueCare Dental Connection
BCBSNM offers BlueCare Dental Connection to all dental members with both BCBSNM medical and dental plans. BlueCare Dental Connection couples educational information with outreach to help your client's employees make important decisions about their dental care.
