CMS Now Requires Producers to Record All Client and Prospect Telephone Calls

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued new Medicare Advantage and Part D regulations that require all calls between producers and beneficiaries related to marketing, lead generation and enrollment be recorded in their entirety.
