Get a plan by Dec. 15 for coverage starting Jan. 1. Plus, you may qualify for financial help to lower your health coverage costs. If you're no longer eligible for a Medicaid plan, you can enroll now to stay covered with BCBSNM.

Medicaid

Medicaid is a state-run program that helps those in need get health insurance. It is meant for people with a low income or a disability. The state determines who qualifies for Medicaid based on federal guidelines. Once you qualify, you can pick a health plan. BCBSNM's Medicaid plan can help you meet your health care needs. If you do not qualify for Medicaid, you may be able to get an Individual and Family health plan with BCBSNM at little or no cost.
