Help Members Turn Earned Rewards into Dollars

In early May, Medicare Advantage members who’ve completed at least one Healthy Action received a personalized email reminding them to redeem the Rewards they’ve already earned. The email shows the exact dollar amount they’ve earned but not yet redeemed for gift cards from major national retailers, along with simple instructions for setting up a Healthy Activity Portal account.

Remind members to check their email and redeem what they’ve already earned – this quick win helps members keep their preventive health top of mind.

Registration is required to participate. Visit Healthy Activity Portal to register and see what Heathy Actions earn rewards . Maximum annual rewards of $100 in gift cards. One reward per healthy action per year. Healthy action dates of service must be in the current plan year.
